"After a year and a half of enjoying our first huge renovation with PRISTINE CONSTRUCTION, we realized it was time to beautify our home with their exquisite touch again. This time we focused on our daughter's room, which was just a room. Once again, Nathan came up with an incredible design which made her room into an elegant, hotel like, bedroom suite! French doors to our backyard with an amazing brick step down, double, walk-in closets and a to die for whimsical bathroom. Demolition, pouring of new extended foundation and framing started promptly on July 5th. Within a week and two days, the framing was done! Incredible! We love Andy's framing due to the devoted workers he sends. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC came next. Nathan spent personal time with us picking out plumbing fixtures, tile and flooring. What a Godsend he is. Mike was over practically every day checking on the details. The cabinetry whiz, Yone, specially designed our daughter's desk, bookshelf and bathroom cabinets and even added a special hair dryer plug inside one drawer! Pristine Construction worked on our project as if it was their own home. Never did we experience one headache, which in this day and time is rare! The incredible patience of Nathan and the detail-orientated kindness of Mike was much appreciated. Emma at the office gave us daily updates on scheduling in such a professional and sweet way. Our daughter was very much a part of the design of her room and she was speechless when it was finished. Leave it to say, she is the envy of all of her friends! There is only one more small area of our house that needs to be redone. You can know for sure that it will be PRISTINE CONSTRUCTION!"

"We are so happy with the service we received from Arie and his crew. We hired Arie to repair and waterproof our existing cantilever deck. We also wanted to add a completely new railing. First and foremost, Arie could not be nicer. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He walked us through the entire process step by step so that we fully understood what the repairs and waterproofing would entail. We originally spoke with Arie in January but ultimately we decided to delay the project because of the pandemic. When we were ready to start the project, we got back in touch with Arie and he was so accommodating. He met every expectation we had. He provided a great price for the entire project and stuck with the original price estimate even though the cost of materials had increased since we received our original estimate. His staff was extremely professional and the deck is absolutely beautiful. They were able to finish their work faster than they anticipated. Before Arie, we rarely used the space because it was in such bad shape and so in need of repair. The new deck has completely transformed our view. Now, we are outside enjoying it all the time, and just looking through the windows outside to the deck is wonderful. We're so grateful that we found iDeck and Arie. He fixed a problem I had with a door frame, adding a dead bolt, and didn't charge me for a quick fix on a minor problem with an outdoor light. I highly recommend him. ? "Tony and his crew were prompt, courteous, and professional. The job required removal of drywall from the ceiling, replacement of the deck drain above, several days of blowers to ensure the moisture was gone, treating for any potential mold, and then patching of the roughly 8'x8' hole. The work is excellent, and it rained right after the job was finished with no leaking. Tony insisted that the job site was squeaky clean when the crew left every day. He was very accommodating when I asked if the ceiling could be painted a lighter color. The family room and the upstairs patio look better than ever with fresh coats of paint. We are already thinking of other projects that Tony can help us with. We recommend him highly, and so does our shepherd/husky Chloe and our doberman Beau, who loved having extra humans to give them attention for a few days."

"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. "Any kind of major construction or renovation work is alway a daunting prospect. Our first interactions with DT design & build INC were for a modification to an existing carport that needed to be brought up to code. While DT design & build INC was not the most affordable quote, they were definitely fair. After we had a favorable experience working on this project with DT design & build INC, and their project supervisor Tal, we decided to hire them to build a master-bathroom for our house and to design and build an ADU/apartment and dance studio on our property. This was a pretty long, and involved process. But in the end, I was very happy with the outcome. I enjoyed working with Tal, and developed a close friendship with him and his crew over the course of the project. I withheld my review of this company until I saw what kind of follow up service they provided. As we rented out our ADU, there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Tal was good about getting back to us and addressing the things that needed to be dealt with. I would feel confident recommending DT design & build INC to any friends that are looking for a reliable construction company."
