After all of the rain last year old and algae along with regular environmental dirt had adhered to the siding on the house. These guys came in and wiped down all spider webs, applied a treatment and then washed down the house. The amount of dirt that washed down the house was…..well, let’s just say the house looks fantastic now! Yes! We’d hire them again!"

During the power wash it became obvious that the four-year-old paint had deteriorated and a new paint job was needed. He gave me another reasonable estimate and then spent a week prepping, patching and repairing the stucco, siding and window frames before repainting. In his drive to beautify my building he also cleaned out the light fixtures, repainted doors, gates, window ledges, front entrance, mailboxes, etc. When he and his assistant, Antonio, were finished, everything was cleaned up and everything gleamed. I contacted the company by email on Tuesday, describing the two small jobs: Install a dog door in an exterior wall, and install a protected outdoor electrical outlet. I was contacted same day, and thrilled they could come the next day (a Wednesday) to view the jobs, and then send me an estimate in 24 hours. I accepted the very reasonable quote and Felipe (owner) and Jonathon were able arrange their schedule to arrive on Friday. One worked on the dog door, one worked on the electrical outlet. Both were kind of tricky due to the house layout. The team was neat, efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. They started work within 10 minutes of arriving, completed and tested their work, cleaned up completely and were gone in about 3 hours. Not just efficient and competent, but very nice guys. I've already requested a quote on another pesky job that has been left undone for quite awhile."
