"Alex just came the day after we talked about the project and agreed on price on the phone. He arrived on time and started the job, I just wanted the roof to be cleaned for solar panel installation, however, after cleaning the roof he also power washed some exterior parts of the building. He is very friendly and makes sure the client is happy at the end. The price was reasonable."

"Felipe and his crew did a relatively large project for me to repair a 120 sq ft cottage that sits at the top of the hill in my backyard. Originally there were trees running through the cottage and surrounding deck, but the trees had to be removed. Felipe patched the hole in, and replaced the shingles on, the roof; replaced the ceiling wood planks and installed new flooring inside the cottage; replaced the surrounding deck; designed and built new stairs going up the hill; and reinforced the support for the whole structure. Also installed a mini split (combination air conditioner/ heat pump). Workmanship was outstanding, lots of attention to detail. The crew arrived promptly at the stated time and were very polite. Once started, they worked without interruption until the project was complete (~2 weeks). Very thorough clean-up. Communication with Felipe was excellent. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"Service and punctuality was great, communication was great. The roof looks great job well done. They were considerate of our patio furniture and plants. The only reason I didn't give a 5th star is because the clean up after could have been a little better. With that said, yes I would recommend and would hire them again."
