I want to highly recommend Dennis at Bay Air Flow at 925-852-8918. I was looking for a honest company to do under my house ductwork. My friend suggested Dennis from all her previous work that she has had done by them. I made my appointment and he was out within two days. Erik and Josh did an inspection first and they gave me pictures and a scope of work. They were able to come and do the work two days later. From start to finish these guys did an awesome job. They explained everything from start to finish and they cleaned up after themselves and gave me pictures of all the work that they did. I would highly recommend Dennis and his team for all your needs.

Very informative on questions by me

Dennis was polite and fast. He put his mega vacuum over the furnace intake vent and that may be enough to create *negative pressure*, but the vents still smell bad. Previous service used the vents elsewhere to greater effect.

He knows his stuff and will NOT up-sell you on something you don't need (AMAZING, and almost unheard of personal and business character). Dennis was great. He explained what the process was going to be, the expected time for the project to be completed and the results of the project. Dennis also advised us on which air filter to use to help make our HVAC more energy efficient. He even threw in a 30 day replacement filter just to hold us over until we get the suggested one.

Straight forward and quick

After several no show contractors I got in touch with Bay Air Flow and the service was excellent. They were on time and true to their price quote. They literally went the extra mile by driving to my residence in Hayward from Vallejo (55 miles) in bay area traffic. I would recommend them to all needing air duct cleaning.
