Certainly would not recommend this company or use it again. I booked a move-out cleaning and several of the items that were supposed to be included did not get done. When I reached out to receive a refund, I was told that one could not be provided and then was only given a $25 refund for a service where I paid over $200. This is simply bad business, if your company cannot uphold its promise in terms of service then simply refund a customer‘s money and take accountability for the fact that your employees did not do their job.

I specifically requested that the walls be washed. The walls were not washed. Even some of the spider webs were still there. I didn't know I needed to request that the floors be washed. The floors were not washed. Part of the fridge was cleaned, part wasn't. I showed them the shower enclosure was dirty and got them a ladder so they could reach it. The shower was still filthy. The grout between the kitchen tiles was grimy. They left mud on the bathroom floor where it had not previously been. I specifically paid for an extra hour so they could be thorough. Not worthwhile.

Two ladies come in and they clean everything. They put laundry away for me, wash the dishes, and they clean the refrigerator, oven, and stove when I ask for it. They also mop and vacuum the floors. They are excellent and very thorough. I would recommend them and I will definitely hire them again.

The Mop Riders crew has been cleaning my home monthly for several years. They have also done several deep cleanings. During our recent remodel, they have been coming weekly and even did 2 emergency cleanings. They are amazing every time! The team members are professional and courteous, and I am always happy with the results. If we need special focus on anything we just let Laura know in advance, or tell the crew if we are home when they arrive, and they take care of it. On the rare occasions when something was missed over the years, Laura offered to come fix it immediately. I really appreciate the way Laura manages her business, and she hires great people. I highly recommend this business!

Mop Riders clean between my airbnb guests and do an excellent job! They are extremely organized and can keep up with specific detailed schedule requests. They are never late, and never miss a scheduled time. The quality of the cleaning service is top notch. I highly recommend their services!

We've used Mop Riders for about 6 months now. We get our cottage cleaned once a month and working with this service has been pleasant and very easy. The rates are reasonable and everyone we have spoken with has been friendly and accommodating. Saray and Mary Lou do a fantastic and efficient job cleaning our place and do a great job of arriving during the window of time that was agreed upon. Would highly recommend this company!

Mop Riders provided a superior service when we hired them for move out cleaning. The cleaners arrived on time with appropriate COVID PPE. While they communicated throughout process regarding their progress, they attentive to the need to social distance. We priorities for what to clean and they got to all of them. They left the place spic n span. We got our whole deposit back. Thanks Mop Riders!

Thank you Mob Riders for bringing our house to the a shiny sparkling state. I told my friends that I don't think the house was this clean after it was built AH! - Sarah and Adrianna arrived on time, smiling and being so friendly to both our dogs. They immediately went into full-steam cleaning in the kitchen (wow, the oven! the fridge!), then the bathroom, bedrooms and living room. Nothing was missed. The vacuumed the carpets, dusted all our shelves, washed the windows, and returned every item to where it was (I'm very OCD!). We originally thought of a one-time housecleaning, but we now asked to move to a recurring monthly visit. 10 out of 10.

Laura was great to work with. She was on-time for the job walk and the crew was on-time for the cleaning appointment. The crew did a great job cleaning the place including checking with me through out the work to ensure I was satisfied with that they had done.

Laura, MopRiders owner, provide contracted workers who are: 1) working on a restricted time-basis, e.g., only paid x amount of minutes for y job no matter how long it takes them, and 2) unskilled, inconsistent, and unable to meet the most basic minimum standards in the industry for house cleaning. I cannot recommend MopRiders to anyone.

Raluca and her team are excellent. We went through 3 different house cleaners before we hired Mop Riders and no one compared to the level of professionalism and thoroughness of work as they do. Great communication. Raluca did an initial walk through/estimate. No surprises in cost. Raluca frequently checks in, wants continuous feedback. She listens. We feel very comfortable with her team. Would recommend to anyone looking for house cleaning service.
