"I honestly don’t know where to begin. Working with Mike and HIC Builders to remodel my kitchen and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. It was my first time remodeling my house. There were so many aspects of concern and stress. I now know he has many projects going on at any given time, but you wouldn’t have guessed it by the attention and excellent communication he provides. I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to him for questions (and I had many) or clarifications in each phase. For me, choosing the right contractor came down to trust. I was remodeling from out of town, so I couldn’t check in on the process on a constant basis. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. The entire process was always transparent and clear. I could go on and on about what sets HIC Builders apart, but I hope this gives you a snapshot on why they are the right contractors for the job.
