It was my second window and very challenging with beautiful colored antique glass with designs of ribbons weaving through flowers. My son accidentally cracked a piece of glass many years ago. I was afraid to have someone attempt to fix it because I thought it would be impossible. Raul's work was magnificent!!! He was able to match the different glass pieces that had broken over time. "Start to finish 6 days as promised. Installed cement backer board and large format tile on two adjacent walls. Built shower pan and curb, sealed it, and installed mosaic floor. Installed shower controls and fixtures. Each day protective covering was put down on our wood floors and bathroom vanity and cleaned up! I liked that Kyle was easy to contact and that his team were dedicated to our remodel for the week and they were friendly and helpful regarding my questions and comments. "They did a great job! They came to my home, measured the window and a few days later they were ready to install. Unfortunately the glass didn't fit properly when they installed it. Instead of lying to me though and saying it was fine (which he could have because I wouldn't have been able to tell a difference) he explained that the glass didn't fit properly so he needed to measure again and new glass would be ordered. A couple days later they came back with the correct glass. They didn't charge me until the right glass was installed. I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend them!"
