"Excellent service. I have a custom screen door, almost five feet wide and have pets, so I wanted a heavier, "pet resistant" screen. Pablo showed up and replaced not only the screen, but also repaired the door rollers and two windows, one of which required a new frame. There's no such thing as a custom frame, almost all of the have to be built to fit. Pablo took care of all of that in under two hours. Great warranty and excellent service. Quality repairs. "I was very pleased with my interaction with Brothers. Chase was a very good and patient sales person. Brothers was the first company I had give me a quote for windows but I wanted to check with others before making my decision. Chase kept in touch without being annoying. After getting several quotes, I was still impressed with Brothers, so went with them. They were very professional, showed when they said they would and installed my windows  (7 of them!) in a very timely fashion. Amir and Eddie did an amazing job! Kudos to them! We ran into a small problem regarding egress but that was dealt with to my satisfaction by Brothers. Thanks to Michael and then Josh for taking care of that!

"They proposed a less expensive option, install retro windows from a local and less expensive company rather than replace my windows with more expensive windows from a well known maker with a much better warranty. Sounded good but the saving was negligible and made no sense at all. So no deal!"

He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. "They did a great job! They came to my home, measured the window and a few days later they were ready to install. Unfortunately the glass didn't fit properly when they installed it. Instead of lying to me though and saying it was fine (which he could have because I wouldn't have been able to tell a difference) he explained that the glass didn't fit properly so he needed to measure again and new glass would be ordered. A couple days later they came back with the correct glass. They didn't charge me until the right glass was installed. I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend them!"

"In the beginning, the company responded promptly to my initial phone call requesting a quote to replace all windows in my home. Unfortunately, I then received contradictory requests from the company. First, the receptionist told me that they could provide a quote if I would send photos and dimensions of all windows. This surprised me since I expected them to need to inspect the job before quoting. But as requested, I provided photos and dimensions that same day. Then I received an email from a company VP stating that they were excited about the job but that he had many questions and would need to inspect. I agreed since that was my initial expectation. So we scheduled an onsite inspection. (It should be noted that, during the next few weeks, I tried to contact that VP on several occasions but could never get a return call or email). After the inspection, I was told that the quote would be completed within a few days. This is where the process deteriorated. From the beginning, I asked that the quote be prepared listing each window with corresponding price and specs to ensure that all windows being quoted were consistent with my request to replace all windows. When the quote was finally provided (late), it was presented as a lump sum with no cost itemization by window and the total cost was much higher than an initial indication by the person who inspected my home. When I discussed the quote with one of the office personnel, she was unable to answer basic questions about the apparent double counting of labor cost and she promised to email a revised quote to me within 1 day. After waiting nearly 2 weeks for that revised quote, which I never received, I called the company asking to speak with the VP who had initially emailed me. But I was told that he was unavailable and that I would receive a call back, soon. That never happened. Unfortunately, the positive impression that I had from my initial contact with LA Glass eroded over the nearly month-long process which included contradictory requests, inability to honor company commitments for feedback, high cost estimate, and inability to communicate with the VP whose initial email indicated his excitement about the job."
