"I have had two satisfactory experiences but the third time they sent a rookie, who clearly did not know what he was doing and he made a big mistake installing the disposal. But he did scold us on what he perceived to be our misuse of the garbage disposal, how we must have done A, B or C and that's why a relatively new disposal went bad, even though we'd done no such thing! We called to complained that the new disposal leaked badly under the sink and spit water out the air gap when using the dishwasher. To ES&D's credit, they did quickly send a different person out to fix the problem free of charge, but the repairman was clearly unhappy about it, grumbling about how we were getting a better disposal than we deserved because it was "all he had on the truck," and he too scolded us on misuse of the disposal. That is NOT how you follow up on a customer complaint. I could have excused the first guy if I'd received a little respect from the second guy. I am done with this company."

"Called to have kitchen sink faucet replaced. Faucet installed quick with friendly professional service. Before leaving I asked Taylor if he would look at a leak I had in front flower bed. He said sure no problem. He found that the main water line had a leak and water was flowing freely. He advised us of the severity of the leak and presented two options for repair. We opted to go with the complete replacement. Taylor then made a call and was quickly joined by Adam. They both got to work around mid afternoon and had the new water line replaced from the water main up to the house with new house shut off values and irrigation lines installed by staying on the job till around 8 PM, so that we would have water with no inconvenience. I would highly recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing!!! Very professional, friendly quick service. Techs very knowledgeable and willing to help. Job performed as promised and price quoted. "This Big Deal for 2 hours of plumbing work was an unfortunate purchase.  Over the phone, I had requested that the gentleman replace a toilet & investigate 2 leaking sinks.  I was out of town at the time & came home to find our nice new toilet happily in place but also leaking significantly, with a very large pool of water on the floor.  My husband told me that as soon as the toilet was installed, the plumber had packed up his tools & walked out without letting my husband know that he was leaving.  As we still had lots of time left on our 2-hour purchase, my husband had thought the plumber would be coming back inside to discuss the sinks but the gentleman never came back.  I called Duncan Plumbing upon my return home the next day - the plumber was willing to come back to fix the leaking toilet fitting but told me that he did not recall our discussion about the sinks, saying "I can't remember everything".  To his credit, when the plumber did return the next day to repair the fitting, he did ask my husband if there were other tasks, but by that point my husband & I had already decided that we did not want this particular plumber doing any further work in our house.  Based on this experience, we do not recommend Duncan Plumbing.
