"Huft Home Services replaced my regular HVAC company when the owners retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in 1995 so we had a 25-year personal relationship. Ed and Donna were still using hardcopy records. When I called Huft on May 12 and talked with Elizabeth, we were able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services. We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, HVAC regular maintenance and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the irrigation repair quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that Huft actually did not work on irrigation. Fortunately I was able to find a provider who came out the next day and did exceptional work – I highly recommend Authentic Landscape/Salvador Gallardo for that work. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the HVAC service went. That appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Anthony was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current services, but I am highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work – and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I will certainly continue my maintenance with Huft, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services."

"Our front yard was a muddy mess. We had a Liquid Amber Tree removed by another company we thought was the culprit for the mess. It did solve one leak, however, we had a much larger leak still! Ugh!! Well, Honest Sewer & Drain's Dustin Heffington talked to us on the phone in length determining the company could help us with our absolute muddy mess and leak! Within just an hour of Dustin working on the problem, the leak was found and the solution was told to us. Dustin did an excellent job. He was very thorough and professional. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records?
