Rich really has gone above and beyond the scope of work and has put together a great audio, video, home network. He completely set up and programmed a Control 4 system, installed TVs, set up surround sound and multiple zoned speakers.

Rich installed our 65 inch Samsung Frame TV. We were planning to install marble around a fireplace where tv would be located, he agreed to come over prior and identify where tv will be positioned so our tile contractor could work around it. Then Rich came over installed and configured TV. Rich is absolutely great to work with. He is professional and very responsive. We are planning to install one more TV in a future and only will use his service.

Rich provided a free consultation at my house, listened to what I wanted, gave some suggestions and provided a quote that I completely agreed with. His listening skills are excellent and his willingness to please the customer was evident. He never tried to sell me, rather provide solutions that made sense and were practical. Rich, the proprietor, is fantastic. He knows what heâ s doing, and does it really well, on time, and beautifully. We recently completed a whole-house remodel, and I didnâ t want wires and equipment all over the place ( like my older system). He gave me a great quote, was here when he said heâ d be, and finished that morning. No wires anywhere (except in the wall or hidden along baseboard), and he even made it so it all works beautifully together. Iâ ll hire him in a minute if I ever need more work done on my home theater system. Heâ s great.
