Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. There was days will he come at 9am and left 12nn and stated that how will needed to work other job site. and he wouldn't be at our work site a whole day and complain already multiple times to the project manager Justin rowe. We keep reminding them to put a shoes to protect our floors and we paid so much for the floor and the labor . They had a gasps in the baseboard and everything and already paid 5000 and its original charge 7200 but we thought we had hire a professional work done but we had hire somebody else to fix the job and we paid a lot of money thinking this was the trust worthy company but we took advantage and Justin cared about collecting my husband and needed a check to get the month quota and the job was not done and we are disappointed and we spend a lot of money for this project.
