He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair! Fortunately, the team from Dependable knew what they were doing, even when they encountered original, no-longer-standard-sized angle brackets, and a hole in the P-trap. They are not the cheapest plumbing service, but their prices are at least consistent, due to a glossy printed price guide that I was directed to more than once to understand how I was being billed for each component of the job as it grew in scope. But I don't mind paying for expertise, and I think the team earned their pay, because this turned out to be something that wouldn't have been a good project for amateurs. They were quick, they were clean, they were efficient and competent, and I'm very happy with my bathroom sink."
