Peter arrived early, installed the part, and tested the water heater. Provided excellent work and customer service. Highly recommend and would use his services again. "We were happy with the workmen but we were not happy with the management, and my husband didn't want me to write a bad report. But, there was a problem getting everything to work and they blamed it on our remodel, that something was being done in our remodel, and it took them two weeks to get us hot water consistantly. I was not happy. And then they charged us with extra labor. I didn't want to write a bad report because the workmen did an excellent job, but it was the management that decided, so I really didn't know what to do. We bought a new water heater from and water cleaner as well. I think we ended up giving them $7000 for a repipe and then the quote came back in five bills and an extra $200 for labor. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and they had to keep coming back. I didn't want a bad report on my credit report so we bargained (on the extra $200) and said we'll pay half just to get them off our back. They were greedy at the end. We have a lifetime gurantee with them so I was afraid if we write something bad and what if they decide to retaliate by giving us a hard time with the guarantee and all."

"They did an amazing job! Stole room from guest bath to enlarge master bathroom. Rerouted plumbing, built custom vanity, installed quartz countertops, amazing tile work, sheet rock and painted. Finish carpentry was perfect. Both bathrooms were very beautiful. Guest bathroom not pictured."

"This Big Deal for 2 hours of plumbing work was an unfortunate purchase.  Over the phone, I had requested that the gentleman replace a toilet & investigate 2 leaking sinks.  I was out of town at the time & came home to find our nice new toilet happily in place but also leaking significantly, with a very large pool of water on the floor.  My husband told me that as soon as the toilet was installed, the plumber had packed up his tools & walked out without letting my husband know that he was leaving.  As we still had lots of time left on our 2-hour purchase, my husband had thought the plumber would be coming back inside to discuss the sinks but the gentleman never came back.  I called Duncan Plumbing upon my return home the next day - the plumber was willing to come back to fix the leaking toilet fitting but told me that he did not recall our discussion about the sinks, saying "I can't remember everything".  To his credit, when the plumber did return the next day to repair the fitting, he did ask my husband if there were other tasks, but by that point my husband & I had already decided that we did not want this particular plumber doing any further work in our house.  Based on this experience, we do not recommend Duncan Plumbing.

"US Trenchless (Ross) preformed an inspection for us on a house we were buying. After we bought it, he installed a sewer access in the backyard. It was pretty cool to see the sewer pipe via their sewer camera. Very professional team doing the work. They left our backyard in the same condition as before. Highly recommend you have a sewer inspection from these guys if you're buying a home or have an older home.
