"If you want a bathroom remodel done to perfection, with the best crew in the Sac area, look no further than Solid construction and design. From the initial contact through the final walk-through and payment, everything about working with Roman and his crew was outstanding. They provide great value for the work, and I would absolutely use them again."

"This is the company that everyone hopes for! The owner believes in only the highest quality workmanship/craftsmanship, never cutting corners to compromise this. He is easy to work with, flexible, trustworthy, dependable and reliable. He has a very keen sense for design, color and art. His advice and assistance helped us tremendously with our project. He was always available for our questions; always prompt when responding. He was patient. He was fair with quotes, pricing and charges. His crew were all friendly and highly skilled in their particular craft, Overall, an amazing transformation of a nightmare home into a thing of beauty! I highly recommend Peter Newman Design and Construction for both remodeling and/or new construction!"

"Good knowledge about the project, not always timely, but good work and good workers. Very responsible for communication and progress on the bathroom just some things got in the way of a more timely completion. Design was great and bathroom came out beautiful. Both Matt and Jeff were spot on for problem solving and did a good job. The end result was great."

"RV and storage pole barn. Work was excellent, and Blair was wonderful to work with. No problems."

"We decided to have our master bathroom remodeled to make it safer after a slip and fall injury occurred while stepping out of our large tub/shower combo. We interviewed several companies and chose America’s Dream Homeworks because we were impressed with what our salesman, Neil, had to offer and the recommendations he made. We enjoyed our visit to the show room, and we were also very pleased with the quality of the products they use. The company was flexible in rescheduling our start date to accommodate my trip to Canada. We have nothing but the highest praise for Viktor Tyukayev who did most of the work himself: demolition down to the subfloor and studs, dry rot repair, installation of sheet rock, tape, texture and paint. He removed our outdated fluorescent ceiling light box and soffit and replaced them with LED recessed can lights. Viktor oversaw and coordinated the work of the countertop, shower surround, and glass door installation teams. He is tireless, meticulous, very hardworking, and detail oriented. Viktor kept the worksite very clean and he communicated very well with the city inspector. We also had very positive interactions with Julie Tumanova. She helped us with our products and she was always so responsive and gracious. She is very much suited to her position. Our master bathroom is absolutely beautiful and safe. America’s Dream Homeworks very much exceeded our expectations in every way!"

"Best remodeling company to work with!"

"We did a full house remodel in two phases, including demo, new walls, ceilings, flooring, new gourmet kitchen, an expanded master bath, basically a new house and Scott did a great job at a fair price. He's very honest and professional and I have already recommended him to friends and family."

"Matthew and Green Bee designed and built our new deck. They did a beautiful job and I would highly recommended them for any construction project"

"Michael and his team were incredibly professional. They remodeled two of our bathrooms, including doubling the square footage in our master suite. Michael stood behind his work and insured. We were fully satisfied with the product. Throughout every stage of the process, he kept a clean and tidy, worksite, and was respectful of our families time and space. We’ve referred Michael to many of our friends because of the great work and professionalism he exuded on the job. We plan on using Michael and his team for our kitchen makeover later this year."

"Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."
