"Great builder to work with! Smart, accommodating, creative and highly competent. Matt and Jeff did a great job on our deck and replaced a leaking window. We WILL hire them again!"

"Working with Blair Plunkett was one of the best decisions I made on this project. He handled a full house remodel for me and made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. Pricing was fair, communication was solid, and the quality of work really shows. What stood out most was his integrity—he took the time to fix and repair my deck even though it wasn’t part of the original bid. No upsell, no hassle, he just handled it. That’s rare. Good contractor, better person. I’d absolutely work with him again."

"Great team, friendly professional.. The Forman, plumber, tile installer all quality work.Highly recommend."

"Michael and his team were incredibly professional. They remodeled two of our bathrooms, including doubling the square footage in our master suite. Michael stood behind his work and insured. We were fully satisfied with the product. Throughout every stage of the process, he kept a clean and tidy, worksite, and was respectful of our families time and space. We’ve referred Michael to many of our friends because of the great work and professionalism he exuded on the job. We plan on using Michael and his team for our kitchen makeover later this year."

"Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."

"Very pleased with their work, and we would use them in the future as much as we can."

"I'm a single senior lady and his professionalism and courtesy put me at ease. Very good at communicating what needed to be done, and why. Respectful of property, he laid down protective materials prior to tearing out the old floor. My new floor looks great I'm very pleased with the work. Thank you Mark!"

"I am having a full master bath and kitchen remodel done with new layouts in both rooms and knocking out a wall. Evolution worked with me to quickly get a drawing done of the new layouts so that the contractor could get started on the project. They made sure to include me in the process so that the design would be done exactly as my wife and I envisioned. They communicated effectively throughout the process and were always courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone with drafting needs."

"We are extremely happy with our remodeled kitchen and both bathrooms. Mark was very easy to work with and his crews were very skilled, prompt and flexible with a few changes we requested. They completed the job on time and were excellent at communicating their progress along the way. They stayed within the original contract agreement. We highly recommend Marksman Builders."
