"

We didn't satisfy his initial service (which I believe was just an accident nothing to do with their quality of service), and contact them again and receive immediate positive response to come back to do the service again.  FIVE STAR service !!! Highly recommended. Reasonable price for the additional sq ft.  We have hired multiple people for different types of service needs for the new house that we just recently move in.  None of them can top Concrete & marble Transformerz's service.

"Because of my unusual housing circumstances and some third parties involved, I am not certain I will be able to hire Cielo Construction and Tom for the job. If the decision were purely my own, I would not hesitate to move forward with them. I will definitely keep them in mind for any future construction needs, large or small. I've already recommended them to a friend!"

"Ryan is amazing.  He did more than just "stain" our concrete - he's an artist.  We worked together on colors and designs, but ultimately it's Ryan's artistic capabilities that lead to a beautiful statement.
Our first contact with Ryan set the tone for out relationship.  We sent an email via his website and received a reply within minutes.  He arrived early for our first appointment and he was exactly on time for all subsequent meetings.  This meant a lot to us since we didn't have the same experience with previous contractors.
Ryan is honest, capable and a joy to work with.  I just wish we had more work for him to do - he's amazing.

"Hasn't been long since I purchased this house as an investment property, but the outside needed a little work. The driveway was mainly gone. I guess the concrete was not used properly and the rest of the driveway was just a mess. These fellows came and removed the old concrete and poured in a new layer. Now it looks like a real driveway to pull up and park."

"I had a new exterior flagstone patio installed on my newly purchased home that was done by a different construction company that was not Pacificland Constructors. I made the mistake of going with the cheapest quote for my flagstone patio. I was not satisfied at all with the result because it was Poorly done, fast paced, and the contractor that I was working with seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. The flagstone they were installing began to crack when we walked on it and piece of the stone were loose and properly installed. So I had to stop work and let go of the old contractor. Out of frustration I started a new search for a new contractor. I came across Pacificland Constructors and they immediately caught my attention because of all the photos they provided as well as excellent reviews from previous customers. After explaining my situation to Martin who is the project manager he provided me with several solution options to remedy my failed patio. I ended up choosing Pacificland Constructors to fix my exterior patio because Martins estimate was the most detailed and it was priced fairly. Pacificland Constructors tore out the old flagstone patio and reconstructed my new patio by properly installing a concrete base and then installed my new flagstone. They also constructed new stone veneer pilasters around the patio columns. I wish I had done more research when I first decided that I wanted to do this project on my home because it would've saved me time, money and several headaches dealing with the first contractor. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great quality contractor and I am extremely happy with the quality of the work.

Concrete Resurfacing questions, answered by experts

Like all concrete, pervious concrete is susceptible to cracking due to expansion and contraction from freezing and thawing or heavy weight. Pervious concrete, however, is less likely to crack due to moisture intrusion than traditional concrete since pervious concrete is designed to drain and hold water in the material’s voids.

To maintain concrete floors, clean them regularly with a damp mop and avoid using abrasive cleaning agents that can damage the finish. Reseal the concrete every 2-3 years to protect the surface and enhance its appearance.

For handy homeowners, concrete projects are DIYable, and DIYing is a good way to save on the cost of a concrete slab, walkway, or other concrete work. If you’re completing a larger project or one that’s subject to building codes, you should always hire a professional to ensure the job is done safely and correctly.

You have different options depending on the scale of repair needed. If you are repairing minor cracks that are between ¼ inch to 1.5 inch wide and less than half an inch deep, a self-leveling polyurethane sealant would be your best choice. Polyurethane sealants dry to the touch within one to two hours. Since they come in a tube applier, you also have the option to complete the repair without emptying out your garage.

Yes, sustainable mixes and sealants minimize environmental impact.
