From the very first meeting, until the final light bulb was screwed in, we were overwhelmed with the professionalism. The crews were on time, courteous, respectful, cleaned the area each and every night...and completed the job on time, exactly as quoted.
I would highly recommend Scott and his company to anyone who wants an honest quote, creative input at the level you desire, and absolutley beautiful final product. We feel that the patio cover that was added to our home has added beauty, energy efficiency, and thousands of dollars in value.

Scott and crew removed 500 sq. ft old wood siding on exterior walls, old windows and old wood trim around windows.
Installed 1/2and quot; plywood sheet, moisture wrap and new Hardie-Plank Siding.
Installed Hardi-Plank trim around some windows where necessary.
Windows installed were; 3 each nail-in and 3 each retrofit windows
Delivered quality result despite several errors made by the window factory chosen by owner.
These factory errors caused problems which SAE identified.
SAE made necessary corrections w/ factory to make sure the project was completed on-time.
Scott worked with factory to re-make 2 of the windows measured wrong and written up wrong by factory rep and had them deliver correct windows within 2 days to keep job on-track.
SAE made corrections to unforeseen problems he found when he removed siding installed by original builder.
The original home builder (starts with a and quot;Cand quot; and ends with and quot;Xand quot;) installed only 50% of the required fiberglass insulation in the walls covered by the old siding removed / scheduled for replacement by SAE.
Scott bought the insulation required to fill empty wall cavities in this area and installed it at no additional charge.
In addition, he replaced 3 roof tiles that were cracked in error by his crew promptly.
SAE cleaned up with vacuum inside house where required by their installation.
SAE delivered a quality job that looks great.
I am planning on using Scott again on future projects.

Well, I don't think I've ever spoken to anyone who tried so hard not to get my business. He said he couldn't come by unless he had a job in the area, and he didn't have any plans to be in my area. I told him the job isn't urgent and I can wait.. He said my available times would not work for him. I'm glad he is busy enough, but maybe he should either hire more people. I told him I guess I will have to keep looking.
