"Lance and Dale were a bit hard to get a hold of, but once we connected they were very pleasant and were very easy to work with. Lance came to do the estimate and gave me 3 options as to how much work he recommended. I asked that they not walk on the roof and they were fine with that. Lance worked very quietly as I was working inside the house that day, and when I told him I would not be there when he finished the job, he said he'd be happy to return the next afternoon to show me what he had done and collect payment then. The next day, Dale came instead, but was just as patient in explaining and pointing out the work that had been done. He said that Lance had underestimated how badly the gutters were clogged, but had gone ahead and done much more work that he'd anticipated with the estimate. Fortunately for me, they didn't charge me any more for that! Overall, I was very happy with the work and got a good feeling working with Lance and Dale."
