"Dale, the owner, provided me with an estimate several months before I authorized him to do the work. By that time it was in the middle of the rainy season and I needed his help. He did the work in between the rains and completed it promptly. There was one area where a downspout goes through a deck that he came back and repaired after he had been paid - a sign of a good contractor and honest man. The only reason it was not done initially was due to a misunderstanding. I am pleased with the work, with the price and the timeliness of the company's response to my needs."
