Our Project Manager, Phil, gave us an honest assessment of the boards that needed repair or replacement, and also pointed out areas we could treat and paint so that dry rot would not occur there in the future. He noticed the gutter overflow problem on the side of our house and recommended gutter guards and a new downspout installation to better accommodate heavy rain.
