Alex and his crew did an awesome job. The were extremely hard working, professional and friendly. They were always on time and very respectful of the neighbors. Each night before they left they cleaned up the yard and driveway to make sure any materials and nails weren't left behind. We highly recommend them. Our roof looks great.

This is the second time Alex and his Company have painted our house. outside. They have refinished our driveway a couple of times and it was gorgeous. They always check to see if any areas need re-caulking or fixing. They repainted the vents on the roof and re-done the stripping around all vents They also sprayed the roof so it will last longer. We trust him when he says something needs fixing and we know he isn not just trying to make more money. He is very honest. Completely satisfied with the work they do and the Crew they hire. They are proficient, friendly and courteous and respectful of your property. They do an amazing job in such a short time. Alex is very fair on his pricing and we definitely trust his opinions and his expertise. Dont hesitate to hire them because they have a stellar reputation that I am aware of in the community. You wont be disappointed.

They also painted my wrought iron fence to match. They are so professional, courteous, meticulous and thorough. Alfredo is a perfectionist, & it shows in the finished job! He even replaced everything around the house exactly where I had it. He even surprised me by painting my in-ground garbage lid, which needed it. GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH

Alex Gregg gave us an estimate on a couple solutions to our exterior painting project. After we agreed to hire Sunco, Alex and his team came out to our home power washed and prepped on Thursday afternoon and they were done on Saturday afternoon. Anthony was the lead painter and very professional and easy to communicate with. Alex, my wife and I walked the property before we paid them and our home looks fantastic. Alex, Anthony and the folks from Sunco are professional, courteous and careful.

My experience with Sunco for the exterior painting and repair of my Sun City West house was positive from start to finish. Selecting paint type and color is difficult, but Sunco owner, Alex Gregg, guided me through the process with patience and expert advice. His crew was punctual and cordial, and the results of their work exceeded my expectations. Alex required no fees until the project was completed and approved by me. Our house was scraped, caulked, power-washed and painted in its three-color scheme and we are delighted with the finished project. We highly recommend this company!

Fast and efficient

We were in a bind as our roof was leaking in a spare bedroom and leveraging Angie's List to find a roof repair company. Alex rang me almost immediately after hitting send as did three other roofers. Alex could get out the same day to inspect the roof whereas the other two were the following week. Alex evaluated the situation and had a crew out five days later to not only repair the roof but re-build an entire section for long term vs. a short-term fix.

The crew did an excellent job oainting our home. It was power washed the day before. The next day the prepararation work was completed in about three hours and the painting itself took about four hours but with a nice sheen surface for better protection. Final cleanup was done in an hour. They examined all their work before leaving touching up small areas where needed. The next day Alex Gregg came by to check everything one last time and asked for our feedback be before he accepted payment Over all it was an excellent experience. Note: This was a one story house.

Repair of Roof I am extremely delighted with Sunco repair of the roof of my home. They showed up promptly every day and completed the job in 3 days in extreme heat. They replaced rotted wood and facia boards where needed. Used my existing tiles.
