I hired Samuel and his team to seal the grout in my brand new home. Call them first and itâ ll be the only call youâ ll have to make. They cleaned and resealed my homeâ s entire flooring and it looks GREAT! Instead of seeing a multitude of tile square flooring, the GROUT BROTHERS exactly matched the color of the tiles to the new grout to be used. It was perfect and looks fantastic. I love it. The GROUT BROTHERS are in fact brothers and in my book thatâ s a plus because each relies upon the other with trust and confidence. Had toyed with the idea of complete replacement of tiles but selected this route instead. Pleased I made the decision. Great improvement in the appearance of the floors and changing from dark to light grout made the rooms look bigger. Very competent and clean workers, also personable and polite.

The Grout Brothers are very personable and good to work with. The did an excellent job of cleaning our grout to look like new.

The Grout Brothers were called in when the installation of our new tile floor had to be acid washed due to excessive grout remaining on the tile surface after installation. The acid wash turned the grout to grey and we had specified Earth, a brown color. They came in and stained and sealed the grout back to the Earth color and the results were amazing. The work they completed on our new floors was so good that we hired them to stain and seal our bathroom floor and seal our shower. This floor was extremely dirty and the grout was a dark, almost black color. The results were again amazing. The bathroom floor picture, with the small glass tile trim, shows the results. The Grout Brothers were professional, on time, very clean, and did an amazing job. The results exceeded our expectations. We can highly recommend their services.

The previous contractor had done a messy job of inadequately fixing poor work from the time before. Samuel was knowledgeable and forthright about what to do to correct the situation. Lead time for the job was reasonable (10 days) and the price was what I expected. On the day, Samuel arrived right on time, and continued to be friendly, professional, and expert. Bonus points: Samuel cleaned up the work area totally and completely. I would definitely hire Samuel to do similar work again.

Anyone looking to have tile cleaned and grout sealed or color sealed, please consider The Grout Brothers. We had them clean and change the color seal on our grout. Our floors are beautiful. These are 3 young men building a business. They are the most polite and really great at their job! It is so refreshing to deal with such great young people. They know their business! I have included pics of our floors before and after. We had an almond colored grout and change to natural gray so it would blend much better. We are very happy with our floors and The Grout Brothers.

They were on time, went right to work and worked all the time they were here, No blaring music...very professional. When done they cleaned up all their materials, replaced my furniture and spot wiped any imperfections. They advsed me of materials that were not good for tile floors. A thorough explanation was given regarding procedures and answered any quesrions I had. EXCELLANT JOB!!! Will recommend to others

We called the Grout Brothers LLC to come and clean our tile and grout floors. The floors are 19 years old and had discolored places in the grout. The brothers showed up when they said they would. The first thing they did was to clean the floors with a degreaser and next they applied a combating grout color stain and sealer all done by hand. The floors look brand new again without the grout stains. the brothers did a fantastic job. give them a call and you wonâ t be disappointed.

Because Shea DOES NOT seal your grout or use grout with a sealer mixed in, my grout-after 7.5 years here at the Ranch was horrible. Grout Brothers came up to clean my main living area, kitchen and bathrooms and seal the grout. An amazing group of brothers (5) who have a work ethic that is second to none!!! They were on time, gave me a call 30 minutes before arrival, worked 7:30-4:45 with a quick trip to McDonalds to eat, cleaned up immediately, pointed out issues with missing grout on my counters and fixed those as well. Samuel, the lead for the team also provided me with specific guidelines for cleaning and care. AND. . . Also polished/re-conditioned all of my granite surfaces!! If you even have an inkling about doing your grout; floors or counter tops, showers, etc., please give them a call!!!!
