Unfortunately the sleeve got stuck in the valve rendering myself from going any further. Frustated and being without water for a day .I decided to swallow my pride and ask for professional help. Douglas was very professional and friendly knowing my frustration;he offered me two options showing me how each option would possibly go. I chose the 1st option which he was recommending and crossed my fingers. Within 15 minutes he was done thanks to already having the new part there. Douglas was very understanding and explained thoroughly the out come of the options . I would like to thank Douglas and hope that he continues utilizing his professionalism to the highest he can go.
