"Working with Sons Unlimited wasn’t just the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor, it is arguably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The character limit will keep explaining everything, but bottom line, they put up two structures that were so bad and so unsafe that I had to demo that within a week of installation. To make matters worse, they did more than $4k in damage on my property with a complete unwillingness to take any responsibility. The structures looked NOTHING like the ones they said they were installing and when questioned about some obvious concerns, the owner became extremely hostile and threatening. I lost over $16k on this project with no way to recover. I would turn them into the ROC, but the owner is license or registered. In many ways, I have only myself to blame, but the owner was an acquaintance earlier in my life and thought he could be trusted. I made a very expensive mistake. Learn from my mistake."

"The men who showed up stated they could not fix the spring due to the bottom of the door being slightly bent. They said it was a safety issue and even if a waiver of liability was signed, their company would not allow them to repair it. The bottom panel needed to be replaced at the least, or else they could install a new door. We got an estimate from them and then contacted other companies who came out and were surprised we were told we needed a new door. Our spring was fixed and the bottom support was fixed at a reasonable cost with no hassle. I am highly disappointed that they came, collected their show up fee, and did nothing to help us. I would never hire them again."

"This is my worst experience I ever had with ANTECH company in Tucson. On March 12 2018 Gary Bobell from ANTECH came to my house to give me the estimate for raising the masonry wall on my backyard. I went to my backyard with ANTECH consultant to explain and show what needs to be done. I asked to give me the estimate to raise the entire existing wall by 1 course , and to raise whole back wall and sideline walls to the first expansion joints by 2 courses including one H block. I pointed out more than two times how important it is to me to raise the back and side walls as high as we can. He told me that we can rase the wall no more than 2 blocks. I signed the proposal because I did not expected that your interpretation would be different than mine. On the project day two workers and consultant came to my house. They started to tear out blocks from the first top row on the existing wall. My husband asked them what are they going to do, than he learned that they will race only the back wall by 2 courses and sides of the wall by one course. Gary told my husband that if he would like to race side walls by 2 courses than he needs to pay more ( he calculated the price very quickly $1100) this was too much for us to pay at this moment. My husband asked them to leave because he did want to have just part of the project to be done. They destroyed part of my wall and left. Gary said it will cost us $200 to cancel this job. The proposal is not specific. I do not see any specific length for the wall. We pay $830 deposit. I called the company five or more times in the last two weeks. Every time I would call they would never resolve the problem. Each time they tell me that someone will call me back, not once has someone called me back. I would like my money back. I spoke with Sara, Paula, and Jacqueline. Jacqueline told me that I can get $400 back instead $830 because of labor and materials. I never seen any materials for my project on my property. Also, on the project day two workers came for about 30-40 minutes."

"Jack at OK Corrals comes across as a very likable and genuine person, however, once you've made final payment to him, he will no longer stand by his work or communicate about it. My kennel is strong and sturdy, but it was not completed per the specifications detailed on my work order. My work order clearly states weep holes to prevent flooding...they were not installed and he had to come back, and when he came back he installed weep holes that did not function properly. Also, please note, it took him about a week or maybe a little longer to even come back to fix his initial mistake. He and his wife Melissa harassed me repeatedly for the final payment to be paid, and I repeatedly told them I would be happy to pay it once the job was complete just as the work order states. No doubt in my mind, if I had paid before he came back, he would have never come back. Anyhow, his design for rainwater drainage was so flawed, I had to hire another company to come out and fix his substandard work. I paid OK Corrals $3700 dollars for a kennel that was nothing but a headache until I paid someone else to fix it. I would not recommend doing business with this company."
