The men who showed up stated they could not fix the spring due to the bottom of the door being slightly bent. They said it was a safety issue and even if a waiver of liability was signed, their company would not allow them to repair it. The bottom panel needed to be replaced at the least, or else they could install a new door. We got an estimate from them and then contacted other companies who came out and were surprised we were told we needed a new door. Our spring was fixed and the bottom support was fixed at a reasonable cost with no hassle. I am highly disappointed that they came, collected their show up fee, and did nothing to help us. I would never hire them again.

Very prompt and courteous. Doors repaired in under an hour. 

Long story short, they came out EARLY, replaced a small metal plate, checked bolts and everything else and NO CHARGE.  Incredible!  Said "we were in the area anyway".  Referring them to all our neighbors and friends, these guys know what service means!  And they are nice people, too. Have heard stories from neighbors about Tucson garage door company scammers who try to 'find' issues to fix, so glad we found a reputable, competent company.

It was fine. They were on time. They did the work fast but I thought they were kind of expensive. I would use them again but I would check around for prices.

It went very good and very quick.

eGreat service.  I actually  was referred to Cactus by my neighbor who had a motherboard replaced a few hours before the spring on my garage door broke.  They were out 1 1/2 hours after my call and completed the job in 15 minutes.  They had twelve calls that day, so they must be doing something right.  I will use again.

Ok, when the man called to set up a time he said they were in the area and could come by that afternoon -No, next day and I had an appointment so again - No.  I told him that Friday of the week would be best and we set a time.  Then he and a young man showed up on Thursday a day ahead.  Not sure if it was the week of December 1st or not.  Besides doing the above he told me that the rollers were original and should be replaced.  While the young man was spraying all of the tracks he put a sticky backed card on the garage wall next to the garage house entrance door and he politely told me he put it there so I would know who to call.  They weren't bad, bad but there was just something that I didn't feel comfortable with them to call in the future,

Checked door, motor, opened and close door to ensure safety features stop door when something was blocking.  Lubricanted roller guides.  Ensured system was in good condition.

Unlike another company that paid a visit when we had an earlier problem, they did not try to sell me a new garage door opener, or recommend they perform additional maintenance.   Instead, they pulled out ladders and closely inspected the existing system,  and pronounced it in good shape despite its age.  
They were right on time.  They were polite.  And they were efficient.  I will definitely use them again.

They were originally scheduled for Monday AM, but were not able to make it, so we rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon.  He was right on time, and completed the adjustments in about 15 minutes.  He knew exactly what to do after he saw how the door was responding to the remote.  They serviced my door last year, and they were great - that is why I called them again.   Micky did a great job.

Mickey arrived on time and began working.   He was very curtius and explained how this new bottom retainer would help keep out  Lizzards, and other small animals.   Mickey even placed a piece of steel at one end where we had a gap allowing small animals to enter  our garage.     No other garage repair person offered any type of solution to seal the gap  where animals came in.    I am very Thankful       for  the solution Mickey came up with.      Thank You!

They did well on everything. They were reasonably priced and were on time.

They damaged my garage door.  In the process of checking the stopping mechanism on my garage door, the technician somehow erased the reversing mechanism.  It was an improper way to check the reverse mechanism and that bent the top panel of my door.  He never refused to acknowledge that he did it because I was sitting there and watching him do it.  He repaired it under a home warranty call so I didn’t have to pay him anything.  When after he did the damage, he denied doing it and said that it was pre-existing.  We had a discussion on that and then he left without doing anything.  I sent him two certified letters asking him to accept responsibility.  He hasn’t even picked them up.  It has been two weeks now, so I expect it back either today or tomorrow, unsigned.  I have also attempted to contact him through my home warranty company and they did contact him but he denied any responsibility.  I am planning to file a complaint against the home warranty company as well for picking somebody as incompetent as that.  I would never use him again in the future.
