Mike removed decorative rock around a porch post, then removed the post which was damaged by termites. He then installed a new post and painted it. He did this in one day.

The wooden roof support posts on both my front and rear porches needed to be replaced. Mike from IGO Residential answered all my questions about the project and gave me a reasonable written quote to remove and replace the posts. Painting the posts was included. My experience with this company was excellent. Mike and his son and his crew built a beautiful new deck for me after my old one rotted and became dangerous. They worked steadily with no interruptions and with the highest quality, listened to me and gave me just what I wanted - my deck is now my favorite space in the whole house. Mike and his son also re-roofed my leaky roof, and made a special effort to get it all done before the monsoon rains get started. I will use this company for any and all major projects - the ones that usually intimidate me. I admire their work, their work ethic, and I trust them. They are a great asset in a rural area, where highly professional work can be hard to find.
