"I have used Chris many times and have always been impressed with all his work. I bought a house 2 years ago and had him do my carpets apholstry, air ducts, tile and driveway. He even did the interior of my van and made it look brand new. I highly recommend him for all your cleaning needs and he is very reasonable priced. I won't use anyone else. If he is busy I'll wait, it's worth the wait. He won't try to upsell you he just gives what you need or want done but will recommend something if he seen an issue. He is honest and hard working. "I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

When Steven came out to my home to give me a quote for my cleaning, he was very professional and did not try to up sell me on anything. Between my three old son, two dogs, and two cats, Steven did an amazing job of pulling stains and pet hair out of the carpets. Not only did the rooms smell so much better, but they looked brighter and the fibers felt softer! The tile surfaces were so much cleaner and the grout was finally back to its original color! "The team arrived as agreed and went to work.  I saw their vehicle was licensed in Arizona and asked about it.  They said they were still in business in AZ and ready to move business and family to San Diego. 
These guys were thorough, fast and professional.  I have to say this is the most I have paid for a detail (I requested additional services) and I am very happy.  I had decided the front driver floor mat would never come clean - grease and dirt from stopping to help at a wreck - and they agreed.  While they were working on the car I went on e-bay to find a replacement and did for $70.  When I checked the mat at the end it was spotless!
About half-way through the car looked so good, my wife asked them when they could do hers.  So, while there they called the next appointment to see if they could be a couple of hours late.  That worked for the next customer and these guys detailed her ES350 while working on mine.  Both cars look fantastic. 
I was impressed how conservation-minded they were. Careful with water, constantly cleaning up. I had already had a very bad experience with another mobile detail company. - They never came, wouldn't return calls.  Not these folks.  I had to call a couple of times to confirm the appointment, these guys were very responsive.
