"Setting up the appointment took multiple calls back and forth.   Apparently, the scheduler was new to the company and was still learning the ropes, so I gave them a lot of latitude.     Now, this is from my memory, which ain't too hot.  Alladin picked up the rug and we set a day for them to bring it back and to clean the sofa and recliner.  The rug had to be cleaned several times because, according to the people at Alladin, they  said that some wool rugs shed during the cleaning. So this put off the rug delivery and upholstery cleaning several times. My husband and I weren't in too much hurry, I'm from South Florida and my hubby is also  fine with mañana  time.  We finally got the rug delivered and the workman who was to clean the sofa and chair said that we hadn't set up enough room for them to do the work.  He wanted to come back another time.  But I was tired of the telephone tag/waiting/ late/changing appointment times.     The recliner was easy, we just spread towels over the area that might have been accidentally sprayed. The sofa was another matter, however. The gentleman who came said that we had not cleared a large enough area so he could clean the sofa well.   He wanted to come back after the furniture was moved further out of the way, but as this transaction had already been dragging on for about month, I said that I could move the furniture (teak on tile floors).  So, keeping in mind that I am a 52 year old disabled woman, with severe arthritis (I use a cane), I singlehandledly pushed the furniture around the room and down the hallway.  Some of the time, I was on the floor, on my back, pushing the furniture with my legs, other times, I was on my hands and knees, pushing the furniture with my head. Or rocking heavy furniture around a la the statues on Easter Island.  With all the other contortions I made to move the furniture back and forth from the living room to hallway, all I received was a couple of half-hearted offers of assistance. For a normal person, it would have been quite easy to slide the furniture. Maybe he couldn't help for liability reasons.  Or maybe he thought it was funny watching me.  I was pretty much immobilized with pain for days afterwards.     Bu,t the quality of the work was wonderful.  If I ever to decide to have any work done with Alladin, I would make sure I have my husband there to help with any possible furniture moving.  But maybe not, after I gave them this review. I might be fearful of retaliation."

When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"My floor had a "designer" finish on top of a concrete base in every room of my townhouse except the bedrooms..  Either the equipment or the chemicals they used took off the top layer of the designer finish in spots.  It did not remove all the designer level finish only in spots which showed the next level color . If I wasn't trying to sale the house at the time I probably wouldn't be upset.  I think the upset was mostly that they didn't mention what occurred with the floors and they dumped the water from their scrubber machine on my front walk and it temporarily stained the sidewalk.  Nice people but I wouldn't use them again.

"I Called On The Move and left a message to  get an estimate to detail both the interior and exterior on my1998 Dodge Roadtrek, Popular 170.  Jim called me about an hour later and explained he was doing a job in Phoenix, but he would be by in the morning to give me an estimate. Jim arrived as arranged and looked over the Van while I explained what I wanted done.  We agreed on a price and the  work was started right away while in my driveway.  He washed the van down and then polished out the top, sides, hood and back end.. The bottom panel was faded and scratched on both sides.  Jim, said he couldn't match the color and recommended another oner.  He went ahead and painted the trim on both sides and I was just amazed.  After he was finished, the van looked like it had just come off the showroom floor.  Jim called the next day to set up a time for the both of us to go over the van to make sure everything had been completed and that I was satisfied with his work.  Jim did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
