I want to let people know how pleased I am with how my floors turned out. Mike was fair, very reasonably priced, and told it straight. I had horrible grout that wouldn't clean. He suggested using a colored sealant. He showed me how to apply it and warned it was labor intensive. However, using that colored sealant on my grout lines made my floors look brand new. As I mopped my tile floors today- a month after sealing them, I am amazed at how well they clean and what a good job that sealant does. I couldn't be happier. People swear my floors look like they have just been freshly tiled, and they are seven years old. Thanks again to Mike Adams and Divne Touch Restoration. Leslie Dodge

I think he got the carpet as clean as could be expected. It had really bad stains. Some stains are still there, but much lighter. The worker had kind of a bad attitude, although I did realize after that part of that was mis communication. It bugged me that the only times I was not available was Monday or Tuesday morning, and he ended up changing appt from Wednesday to a Tues, reqiuiring me have someone else here. I was open to having it done the following week, but in a 2 week period, I don't believe that was the only available time. I should have cancelled the job when he could not work with me on the time.
