When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"It is amazing how dirt builds up despite the fact that we mop clean the floors regularly.   Gordon and his partner had cleaned the rugs one week prior and before leaving he asked permission to clean a couple of tiles as a sample.  Right away I saw the result and difference.  
 I called him and scheduled for the tile cleaning.   He arrived on time and went to work.  When done we walked around the kitchen, dining, living room area and the floor looked new again.   He suggested a product to use in the future and the proper cleaning tool to use.  We are so pleased with the work!!

"The team arrived as agreed and went to work.  I saw their vehicle was licensed in Arizona and asked about it.  They said they were still in business in AZ and ready to move business and family to San Diego. 
These guys were thorough, fast and professional.  I have to say this is the most I have paid for a detail (I requested additional services) and I am very happy.  I had decided the front driver floor mat would never come clean - grease and dirt from stopping to help at a wreck - and they agreed.  While they were working on the car I went on e-bay to find a replacement and did for $70.  When I checked the mat at the end it was spotless!
About half-way through the car looked so good, my wife asked them when they could do hers.  So, while there they called the next appointment to see if they could be a couple of hours late.  That worked for the next customer and these guys detailed her ES350 while working on mine.  Both cars look fantastic. 
I was impressed how conservation-minded they were. Careful with water, constantly cleaning up. I had already had a very bad experience with another mobile detail company. - They never came, wouldn't return calls.  Not these folks.  I had to call a couple of times to confirm the appointment, these guys were very responsive.
