"My floor had a "designer" finish on top of a concrete base in every room of my townhouse except the bedrooms..  Either the equipment or the chemicals they used took off the top layer of the designer finish in spots.  It did not remove all the designer level finish only in spots which showed the next level color . If I wasn't trying to sale the house at the time I probably wouldn't be upset.  I think the upset was mostly that they didn't mention what occurred with the floors and they dumped the water from their scrubber machine on my front walk and it temporarily stained the sidewalk.  Nice people but I wouldn't use them again.

Though delayed scheduling occurred, Nick was a pleasure to work with as he was courteous and friendly.  His work was varied in many tasks but he was competent and quick to take care of all the itemized jobs in a two hour time period.  He has major experience in home construction, remodeling and repair and I would gladly use him again for other projects.

"They came out and did some other work for me. I had bees in my ceiling so I had honey running down my wall. They came a cut a hole in the ceiling and pulled out all the rest of the honey comb and patched it up. It started in December and then it went on over a period of time between my schedule and their schedule. They had to wait for stuff to air out and dry so it went on over 4-6 weeks. I had it wrapped into something else because i had some dry rot on the front porch so they had to come and dismantle part of the tile on the front porch and prop it up and take out all the bad wood and put in new wood. It was kind of a messy project."
