"The Ceramic Tile/Grout Repair Project went GREAT! Repairs, Cleaned and Refinished given the aging tile as best they could on 27-year-old time and bathrooms. My options were a complete tear-out, Repair/Cleanup/Subtle Restoration. I chose the latter for in attempting to update an older house it will take all your money to update and not move the resale price. So I AM VERY SATISFIED and PLEASED with the work performed by GroutLines USA, LLC. The bathing facilities are now watertight, functional, and looking ten years or so younger. I found working with Ron and Connie at GroutLines USA to be easy and on point. They are very professional, congenial, and care about the level/quality of work performed. Ron goes the extra mile and points out small things in a project that get overlooked that a customer may never recognize that will save you big repair bills down the road. "We contacted Floor Coverings International to install travertine pavers in our backyard early in Apr. The salesperson showed us several options in their catalog and then brought out a 24x24 sample of the proposed travertine paver that matched our existing travertine pool coping. We placed the order which was to be installed the following week. That got moved out two more weeks due to delivery issues. When the pavers were delivered, we questioned the installer as they did not look like travertine but he assured us they were and completed the install. To make a long story short while the pavers they ordered had **Trav** in their title they were porcelain tiles not travertine like the sample. They agreed that it was their mistake and several weeks later they replaced the previous install with real Travertine. I am satisfied with the completed install in spite of the missteps and delays"

They installed 3â x12â tile on my shower walls, created a shower niche that met the ceiling seamlessly (31â H to 98â H x 4â w), and installed 24â x48â tile throughout my bathroom, including the showers floor. Many cuts needed to get the shower floor to slope correctly but we found a grout that matched the tile so it still has a seamless look throughout the bathroom. Alex and his team communicated exceptionally well and completed the project quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Only issue was that some of the large format prices in the shower had damage to the angled edges because of the numerous cuts. This is a very minor flaw that canâ t be noticed when standing and will not be noticed when the shower glass is installed over m. Would recommend Alex and would use him again if we decide to do backsplash."
