"The Ceramic Tile/Grout Repair Project went GREAT! Repairs, Cleaned and Refinished given the aging tile as best they could on 27-year-old time and bathrooms. My options were a complete tear-out, Repair/Cleanup/Subtle Restoration. I chose the latter for in attempting to update an older house it will take all your money to update and not move the resale price. So I AM VERY SATISFIED and PLEASED with the work performed by GroutLines USA, LLC. The bathing facilities are now watertight, functional, and looking ten years or so younger. I found working with Ron and Connie at GroutLines USA to be easy and on point. They are very professional, congenial, and care about the level/quality of work performed. Ron goes the extra mile and points out small things in a project that get overlooked that a customer may never recognize that will save you big repair bills down the road. "Wonderful experience from start of process to end of project. They removed all my tile in kitchen ,entry way, laundry room and carpets in all areas except bedrooms. Laminate flooring and baseboards was replaced throughout the installers were on time and worked very hard to finish the job in 2 1/2 days. They also cleaned up every day after they left. No complaint here the flooring looks great. I would recommend this company a little bit pricey than other quotes I received but it was worth not having any headaches. I am glad I chose them. Brooke the sales representative is very knowledgeable of the products and service. This indeed was a wonderful seamless experience."

They installed 3â x12â tile on my shower walls, created a shower niche that met the ceiling seamlessly (31â H to 98â H x 4â w), and installed 24â x48â tile throughout my bathroom, including the showers floor. Many cuts needed to get the shower floor to slope correctly but we found a grout that matched the tile so it still has a seamless look throughout the bathroom. Alex and his team communicated exceptionally well and completed the project quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Only issue was that some of the large format prices in the shower had damage to the angled edges because of the numerous cuts. This is a very minor flaw that canâ t be noticed when standing and will not be noticed when the shower glass is installed over m. Would recommend Alex and would use him again if we decide to do backsplash."
