After laying out my feedback and concerns in writing, none of the concerns were addressed in a manner I would expect from proper customer service. I also referred them to a neighbor for a much larger project and asked about a discount for the referral which was met with no response. The sub-contractor they used for the flooring install had little attention to detail in addition to being slow. Many of the flooring planks were chipped and were caulked to cover up the chips. A couple different sub-contractors were brought in to touch up things the original sub-contractor failed to do. I wish that I had a more positive experience."
