From start to finish, the job was plagued by poor communication, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of accountability. We were charged for tasks, like concrete removal, that weren’t even performed. - Despite the work remaining unfinished, Rooter Ranger pushed to collect payment prematurely, making us question their commitment to completing the job. 2. **False Promises** - The company assured us they’d assist with the insurance process and provide a non-invasive solution for pipe repairs. Both claims turned out to be false. We had to seek external help for insurance, and despite promises, they wanted to damage our kitchen floor and we had to come up with a solution that came with additional cost unaccounted for. 3. **Dishwasher Oversight** - A critical error involving the dishwasher line was ignored until we identified it. This required additional, costly fixes that Rooter Ranger failed to cover or manage professionally. 4. **Workmanship Issues** - Structural mistakes, uneven concrete, and poorly installed plumbing were common throughout the job. For instance, toilets were installed improperly, and the master bathroom plumbing still leaks. 5. **Permit and Inspection Failures** - The permit process was mismanaged, leading to failed inspections. Rooter Ranger failed to communicate inspection results and left us to manage issues with city inspectors. At this point I still don't know if we passed inspection 6. **Unprofessional Conduct** - The revolving door of inexperienced workers made it feel like we were relying on unqualified friends rather than professionals. - We have called leaders, supervisors and directors about issues and everyone we have talked with has since dropped the ball and communicated property or taken any sense of accountability. In summary, our experience with Rooter Ranger was unacceptable. Their poor communication, unprofessionalism, and lack of quality control left us frustrated and forced to handle their oversights ourselves. We still have leaks, we feel we have been ripped off and still no idea we have passed city inspection. We would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable or professional plumbing services."

"Service Requested: Unclog Sewer lines Quality and Value = Poor I had a back up and I called for a $33 special to unclog my drain. Luis, a technician, initially was professional and pleasant to work with. However I felt he "trapped" this single mother with a sick child (intestinal) and a backed up drain to convince me he couldn't unclog the drain by snake and he had to hydro flush. I never signed anything and he suspiciously didn't tell me the price. He didn't perform the work but sent 2 other men out. These men told me they couldn't unclog the entire house that they could only do half the house. I said "you didn't even try to use the clean out trap out front, you only went thru the roof vent, why is that?" To my surprise they replied "oh that's a good idea". Luis came back another day and this time he was short and rude. He refused to give me the video of the sewer to prove it was clean. After asking for it a few times, He finally sent me a text but the video was 5 seconds long and I couldn't verify their work. Throughout his personality issues, he asked me how am I paying and showed me a invoice for approximately $1500. I said I'm not paying until I speak with a manager. He rudely said he's the manager. So I said I would like to speak with someone above him. A little while later a woman called from Phoenix and she said that she will knock the price down to $1100 even. By this point my research found a hydro-service runs from $400 up to $1000. I got the "typical speech" that she still has overhead they have to pay for so she can not go lower than $1100. She said she would investigate and was surprised I didn't sign any form of agreement for this service. Never heard how that investigation went. My problem hasn't been fixed so I've had about a dozen plumbers at my house for advice and suggestions. Including videos of my sewer line. What I learned was one side of my house wasn't properly hydroflushed or hydroflushed at all. In addition the 2 men from Rooter Ranger who were on my roof left a mess and slightly damaged my ventilation pipe. Now I get a call saying I'm past due on my invoice, but I never got an invoice to begin with. Secondly the amount of the invoice is greater than $1100 so it didn't reflect the amount that the supervisor from Phoenix committed too, last now that I know (after those conversations) and saw video from other plumbers that one side of my house wasn't hydro-flushed and how Rooter Ranger's crew left a mess on my roof plus and damage the pipe, I am more frustrated. Additionally Rooter Ranger is not geared to financially disadvantage or geared toward a person who needs to make payments. When clicking on the invoice link there's no option for partial payment. It is an all or nothing system. I will not recommend this company."
