"Stephen an his father in law ( I can't remember his name , but he is a third generation well driller),we went above an beyond to repair my water well , I have other contractors repair it but a few weeks later like always didn't remain working. An couldn't find them either, also I know that he made it affordable where I could have it done, without going into debt which I am still paying on the jobs before an equipment. They take excellent care ifr kept me informed an worked all night and the next day to get it running. I would reccomend to all who want to get the job done right the first time, with a fair price. They are honest an that's a big plus with me , unlike what I have dealt with in the past. You just don't find people like them no more , so I am 100 percent satisfied , am anyone who needs to verify with me their quality of service I will more then glad to talk with them . Thank you for a excellent job."

"They are replacing my water heater."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Sam went above and beyond for my initial project that I hired him for. I have since used him to plumb 3 houses that I have built. He has always showed up on time, finishes the job before the scheduled completion, delivered a great product/service, and is more than responsible on his pricing. I highly recommend Samuel with Alvarez Plumbing."

"I was very pleased with Jaime & Robert's work. I had several projects to be done and they completed them in one day. The projects included: replacing a garbage disposal, replacing the water softener, repairing the reverse osmosis system, resetting a toilet and fixing a couple sink fixtures. I am so happy that everything is working again, the way it should! No leaks!...:-)"
