Service Requested: Unclog Sewer lines Quality and Value = Poor I had a back up and I called for a $33 special to unclog my drain. Luis, a technician, initially was professional and pleasant to work with. However I felt he "trapped" this single mother with a sick child (intestinal) and a backed up drain to convince me he couldn't unclog the drain by snake and he had to hydro flush. I never signed anything and he suspiciously didn't tell me the price. He didn't perform the work but sent 2 other men out. These men told me they couldn't unclog the entire house that they could only do half the house. I said "you didn't even try to use the clean out trap out front, you only went thru the roof vent, why is that?" To my surprise they replied "oh that's a good idea". Luis came back another day and this time he was short and rude. He refused to give me the video of the sewer to prove it was clean. After asking for it a few times, He finally sent me a text but the video was 5 seconds long and I couldn't verify their work. Throughout his personality issues, he asked me how am I paying and showed me a invoice for approximately $1500. I said I'm not paying until I speak with a manager. He rudely said he's the manager. So I said I would like to speak with someone above him. A little while later a woman called from Phoenix and she said that she will knock the price down to $1100 even. By this point my research found a hydro-service runs from $400 up to $1000. I got the "typical speech" that she still has overhead they have to pay for so she can not go lower than $1100. She said she would investigate and was surprised I didn't sign any form of agreement for this service. Never heard how that investigation went. My problem hasn't been fixed so I've had about a dozen plumbers at my house for advice and suggestions. Including videos of my sewer line. What I learned was one side of my house wasn't properly hydroflushed or hydroflushed at all. In addition the 2 men from Rooter Ranger who were on my roof left a mess and slightly damaged my ventilation pipe. Now I get a call saying I'm past due on my invoice, but I never got an invoice to begin with. Secondly the amount of the invoice is greater than $1100 so it didn't reflect the amount that the supervisor from Phoenix committed too, last now that I know (after those conversations) and saw video from other plumbers that one side of my house wasn't hydro-flushed and how Rooter Ranger's crew left a mess on my roof plus and damage the pipe, I am more frustrated. Additionally Rooter Ranger is not geared to financially disadvantage or geared toward a person who needs to make payments. When clicking on the invoice link there's no option for partial payment. It is an all or nothing system. I will not recommend this company.

The repair work required was extensive. They made sure that we knew what was being done throughout the project. They were very professional and courteous and made sure that they had addressed all of our issues before they left. They also brought in a crew to clean the area after they were done

The company representatives were responsive, timely and kind. I trusted them with my access to my house 24 hours a day for 2 weeks. Anytime i had a concern or question, it was answered within minutes!

At 1 am I called every single plumber in Tucson that billed itself as "available 24 hours" on its internet ad. I got the exact same message from every one. "All of our technicians are out on jobs and no one is available at this time." I think their job was sleeping. Of all of them, Rooter Ranger offered the earliest time, btw. 6 & 8 am. Saul & his assistant actually came at about 8:30. But I have to admit they were professional, quick, and tidy. So I'm happier than I was with the last 2 plumbers I hired.

Very well, a tub to shower conversion, I was kept informed of every detail, unseen issues inside the walls were addressed, subcontractors were used for the tiling and all we're professional and even though the project took a little longer than expected, they still finished before Christmas.

The problem was solved temporarily because according to them I need to replace some tubes on the front yard that will cost me around 20,000, how in the world people think I will have that kind of money for a repair? they extracted my roots that I think with a snake will be possible but they charge me $2,000 for another machine. too expensive for some families

They suck and did not keep their professional word about fixing my sink that they broke and I'm sure they don't know what their doing!

perfectly -- the plumber was very professional and efficient in his work; very respectful of my house and the work locations so there was little or no clean-up after he finished. I will definitely contact Rooter Ranger for any future plumbing issues I may have.

Excellent! Plumber was amazing and got the job done quickly and despite my cranky tenants. Now that I’m back in my house as a resident I’ll definitely use them again

Great object removed and got toilet operating again.

Took over a month to complete. Couldn’t use shower while under construction. Would go days, almost a week without contact or showing up to complete the job. Invoice listed services but did not break down costs. Just showed final bill. Would get calls to pay for entire invoice before job was completed. Probably won’t use again.

Deceitful business practices. Beware!!!!

Outstanding service. Was able to schedule same day appointment, and the technician was very thorough and explained what was going to happen and how much it would cost before he did anything.

Bad, flooded our home twice. Damage to the baseboards drywall and floor. Left walls cut up baseboards ripped out. No intention of repairing damage.
