I got a good price from other tree removal companies but hired Branching Out Tree Service because they were very friendly and were the only ones that could provide proof of Workman Compensation Insurance (to protect their workers and me in case on an accident for this big and risky job). They arrived with a big crane right on time early morning and did a perfect job. They were very professional, clean, super organized, they were done quickly and left my front yard in perfect shape. Their Office manager and office staff replied to all my emails quickly and answered all my questions before I decided to hire them. I highly recommend them for big and risky jobs, as well as small jobs because of their overall impeccable professionalism.

We had a 30 ft high Saguaro leaning toward our driveway. The owner supervised the whole process entire time and the crew were prompt, courteous and efficient! Cleaned up the mess after removal. The whole process went smoothly.

The entire project, from start to finish, went extremely well. I've always done the tree trimming myself, but at 73, I'm no longer able to climb ladders, so needed assistance. I contacted BOTS early Monday morning, a representative came out that afternoon to do a walk-around and provide an estimate. Later that day the work was scheduled for 2 days later. A 3-man team arrived as scheduled, walked through the project just to be sure I’d not changed anything, and they began their work. Each team member had a specific job, and they worked together seamlessly. They were professional, respectful, and very courteous. It had been several years since the 5 trees had been trimmed, and they did an excellent job bringing back into great condition. The trees now look like they’ve been cared for, and I won’t be concerned that the next wind storm will break any of the limbs. The removal of the desert broom will alleviate the mess created with the seed pods blowing all over. The team did an excellent job of clean-up also. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend this service to anyone. And I will definitely contact them again in the future. This company conducts business the way it used to be and should be. Unfortunately, in today’s environment, professionalism and quality are not always present. This company sets the standard for the industry.

August 2018: A summer microburst took down our giant mesquite sending it tumbling across the road, blocking access to all traffic, as well as causing a second mesquite to list dangerously. Branching Out came within the hour, with lots of manpower including the owner, Jim, and did a tremendous job of chain-sawing and clearing debris, all within one day. November 2018: This was a planned job of cleaning up three trees, including an enormous mesquite that had been long neglected in the HOA area. The tree surgeon, Alex, did an amazing job, beyond anything we could have envisioned, but there was way too much to clear in one day so they returned to do an excellent clean up. All in all, we highly recommend Branching Out Tree Service for both routine jobs and emergency work, with accolades to the office manager, Joseph, for his coordinating abilities and much more.

We are so pleased with the service that Branching Out provided. The trees look great! The crew was professional and efficient. The before and after difference is truly amazing! We especially appreciated how they cleaned up the yards where the trees are located, as well as the carport through which some of the branches were transported. They left our trees and yard looking so much better than when they arrived. We will definitely call Branching Out Tree Service for our future tree needs.

Amazing! I thought they would need a bucket truck to reach the taller branches but they had Alex, a climber who got up there and reached the top of the tree. Sorry, Alex, some of those mesquites had thorns too! They sent 4 guys who worked non-stop for 6 hours and my trees are looking so healthy now! They even cleaned up all the mesquite pods I usually spend 3 days raking up! I was surprised, but Jim said, it is part of the tree so we clean it up. They left everything looking beautiful. I thought their fee was very fair given the amount of work that needed to be done. I will definitely call them in the future. Catherine

This was an excellent experience - from the initial estimate by Eric through the actual work, headed by Ken, the crew leader. I needed several mesquites trimmed and elevated off my house roof and from over the drive, and they did the job well. The cuts were planned to make the trimmed areas look natural. I had them put all of the trimmed branches into brush piles for the abundant wildlife that crosses through and lives in my yard. I would definitely hire them again.

The crew got here on time and worked efficiently. They had to use a 90(?) foot crane due to the close quarters - quite a show to watch. There was no damage to the house or outbuilding. Workers were polite and friendly and the job site was left in good shape.

Great. We lost two giant cypress trees in our yard and wanted to plant two new ones in their place. We had used this company to take down the old dead trees a few months ago ($750) and used them again to grind out the stumps an plant the two new trees (which were pretty big at 12 feet tall). They did a nice job planting them an cleaning up. The trees settle a bit over a couple weeks an were a bit crooked so they came back and staked them up straight at my request. Overall, very happy with these guys. Good work at a fair price.
