"The entire project, from start to finish, went extremely well. I've always done the tree trimming myself, but at 73, I'm no longer able to climb ladders, so needed assistance. I contacted BOTS early Monday morning, a representative came out that afternoon to do a walk-around and provide an estimate. Later that day the work was scheduled for 2 days later. A 3-man team arrived as scheduled, walked through the project just to be sure I’d not changed anything, and they began their work. Each team member had a specific job, and they worked together seamlessly. They were professional, respectful, and very courteous. It had been several years since the 5 trees had been trimmed, and they did an excellent job bringing back into great condition. The trees now look like they’ve been cared for, and I won’t be concerned that the next wind storm will break any of the limbs. The removal of the desert broom will alleviate the mess created with the seed pods blowing all over. The team did an excellent job of clean-up also. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend this service to anyone. And I will definitely contact them again in the future. This company conducts business the way it used to be and should be. Unfortunately, in today’s environment, professionalism and quality are not always present. This company sets the standard for the industry."

We very happy although one of the cactus was not planted correctly having its roots showing and cactus tipping I told him about it told him he did not need to come out just tell me how to fix it, which I did. We paid over $1800 which we were OK with even though another company quoted me $1200 but it sound like Daniel was going do the job right, I even told him that. Well we ordered way too much rip rap per Daniel so when it was all done I posted in my community we had a bunch of extra rocks. As I was going through the rocks from the rock river discovered towards the top of the rock river, a bunch of dirt was in between the rocks, not on the bottom. I sent him another text he read it and never responded. So again I had to go out and fixed it as best as I could probably have to pay someone else to come and fix it if the rain do not do it."
