Rocky's Tile & Stone

This was one of the best project experiences I have had to date. The first thing the owner said when I explained what I needed was "I can help you with that." He came over to give me an estimate the very next day, and showed me a sample that was perfect for the colors I already had in the kitchen and dining room area. My kitchen already had ceramic tile, but Cesar gave me such a good price to do both areas, that I decided to go with that. I am so glad I did because the open kitchen and dining room area now looks bigger and so much more beautiful. The workers were all very pleasant and even more importantly, very talented and efficient. The area was cleaned and all debris removed. For such high quality work, I was additionally pleased that Rocky's could give me an fair and affordable price. I would not hesitate to call on this company again.

I give Rocky the highest rating.  He was at our home within a day of when we called for an estimate. We obtained 3 estimates and choose Rocky from the three options.  His price was slightly lower than the other two, but would have chosen him even if his price was a bit higher.  We liked Rocky and felt confident dealing with him. We then went looking for our tile. found what we wanted, and Rocky picked the tile up from the tile store in Tucson (about 35 miles from Green Valley-Rocky's home base).  Rocky started the job 2 days after the tile was available to be picked up from the tile store.  The job was completed in two days.  The first day the old rug was removed and disposed of and all the tile laid.  The second day the tile was grouted and sealed.  All done in a very professional and friendly manner.  The tile is beautiful and the job perfectly done.  Care was taken to make sure the job site remained clean and after the job was completed all debris etc. was gone.  You would not know a contractor had been here.  We were more than pleased with the service and the completed job.

Cesar and I set the date for work to begin and as promised his workers were here to prep the room and get everything ready for the tile to be lain and the stack stone to be put in.  Putting in a tile floor in from my limited knowledge seemed to take the correct time to complete with the cleaning, placing, gluing, spacing, cutting and then grouting.  I am more than just pleased with the result.
The stack stone project took the better part of a week to complete.  Armando very methodically placed the stones on one of my living room walls perfectly.  He then began to use the same stone , though cut smaller to envelop the beehive fire place and he found matching tiles for the hearth.  Friends have already stopped by to see his work and cab't believe how excellently the work had been done.
I have a few other projects which I will be needing tile and stack stone work done.  I would not hesitate in calling Rocky's.

Cesar came to give us an estimate for the flooring and shower.  It seemed very reasonable so we scheduled him to start work as soon as we closed on the house.  Since we had to return to another state to sell that house, and no personal items were in the house, we provided a key for him to work around another contractor.  He had provided a sketch of what the shower would look like with and alcove for shampoos, and would send us pictures of his progress.  He brought by samples of the ceramic tile he thought we would like and made the suggestion of placing the floor tile in a diamond design to contrast with the square design of tile in the center of the house.  The end result was beautiful.  All his or his assistants work was very good.  They would clean the areas up before leaving.  They finished the flooring before we returned, and finished the shower a week later (since we had not expected to sell our other house so quickly and returned sooner than expected).  Once our kitchen was almost completed, his worker came the next day to put up the backsplash, the accent and the floor board tile around 3/4 of the island.  He and his workers were very polite and listened to what we wanted, even when we decided to change or add work to be done before that part of it  was actually started, and they adjusted wonderfully.  We were extremely pleased with all the work accomplished by them.
