"Contacted Jim to do a removal, sanitize and insulation replacement. Waited a few weeks to write this review to allow an honest review post service. Jim and his crew were efficient, responsible and respective of our time and space. The job site was cleaned at the end of each day and returned to usable state. As for removal and replacement of insulation-we have found that the house (2800sqft) seems to maintain a more consistent temperature, providing increased comfort more consistently throughout the days where temperatures have been above 108 degrees. (Previously, we had two rooms that were warmer than the rest of the house). Our AC does not seem to run as often, and I am waiting for our latest AC run time report as well as electric bill to determine true efficiencies. "I called to set up a free consultation and was promptly met at the agreed upon time. We discussed my desires and how to achieve my project goals. I was given a quote and agreed upon the price for the garage work to be done the following week when I was free. The spray foam and "drill and fill" have been awesome! I have a 24K BTU AC unit in the garage that was unable to keep the temps low as there was so much heat in the garage all day. After the insulation was done it can hold the temps at 70F in the garage while barely turning on during the day. The attic above the garage tops out at 85F when it was over 110F outside, just amazing. We had them do a home energy audit and found that there were plenty of leaky areas in the attic and the insulation was 15 years old and about an R-10 level. It needed some serious work so we agreed to have it topped off with new fiberglass insulation. The guys came out and did and amazing job bringing me up to R-39 as well as keeping the house very clean while doing it. On both days they cleaned up after themselves and took great care of my house. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that could use more insulation!"
