He invited me up into the attic and pointed out my current level of insulation and explained what I needed to upgrade to code. He answered all my questions. Job scheduled for the next afternoon and completed in 2 hours. I was invited to look into attic and was shown my insulation level was increased as promised. The crew was on time, courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. They would set up a protective barrier to keep there work area clean. There removal of existing insulation material, Sanitizing the attic, rodent proofing and sealing all penetration points in the ceiling before blowing in new insulation. And extensive clean up on completion of the job. There process was a lot more thrall then most of the other companies I received bids from. They were courteous, efficient and prompt.
