I saw these guys install a neighbor's tile roof underlayment several years back and thought they did a lot of little extras with metal work and water channels. 2 years ago I called and Tony helped me with some repairs and was fair. This last week I needed a re-roof, I got some bids, including one from S&R. Tony came out and took pictures of all the issues on my 29 year old roof and discussed how they would address it if I hired them. After getting bids I called and spoke to Charlie at S&R, and he had a good price and a 15 year warranty and schedule availability to start soon. Better yet, the after sales support was awesome. The install took about 4 days, and the crew that arrived was polite and extremely hard working. Tony and Brian stopped by repeatedly and checked on progress and spoke to me about progress and provided quality control over the crew on some issues that I would not have been aware of. At the end of the job, Charlie came out with a drone and showed me some of the features of the new roof and how they had done the job. This is a good outfit. Thank you to Tony, Charlie, and Brian and the Hardworking crew that did my roof.

Response time (during the monsoon season) was truly outstanding. Covered the damaged roof with a tarp the same day as the estimate. They started the repair/replacement the very next day and completed the job the day after. They saved our chapel (which had just been completely remodeled inside). Thank you so much.

S&R Roofing replaced the underlayment and broken tiles on the roof of my twenty-two-year-old home. After Charlie provided a reasonable quote with whom I scheduled for the roofing project, Brian arrived with five hard working and dedicated roofers along with a trailer for discarded materials. Luis (Team Leader), Cesar, Leticia, Rober and Samuel appeared energetic and hardy throughout the process. It was apparent that these five crew members were knowledgeable and skilled in roofing and enjoyed their craft as they were never seen without a smile and on occasion while working, could be heard singing (on key)! During the process, John arrived to verify materials and secured the delivery of additional supplies. The company owners, managers and work crew were on time, informative, hardworking, and invested in completing the detailed project. They were upbeat, friendly, and appeared to really care about the work they performed. The project included the replacement of plywood, metal drip edges, battens, rib valleys, roof jacks and weather block material. As I await my appointment to have the final inspection completed with Tony, I could not be happier with selecting S&R Roofing to provide replacements that are in alignment with current roofing codes. They are rock star status roofers and the real deal!!

I had to do entire roof underlayment replacement but due to solar panel, it was supposed to handle in two phase since solar panel removal was schedule later. They agreed to take care of it in two phases, they showed up on the time in both phases. They have hard working crew, takes care of everything till cleaning before they leave for the day. Tony another partner is there when you have any question. He personally take a look and direct the crew as required. Over all great experience and great work.

Charlie and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with! Had a leak in my roof from the monsoons and Charlie made sure the roof leak got repaired quickly. To prevent further issues we decided to replace the entire roof. Took the team 2 and a half days to remove, replace, and reinstall the tiles on my roof. This was one of the biggest repairs we have had to do on our home and Charlie made it as painless as possible. Would highly recommend this company.
