"To whomever is reading this DO NOT (I repeat) DO NOT choose any other company for your cleaning. This is the one, I PROMISE you I CANNOT express how amazing Perfect Touch did. I fully anticipated getting a normal routine deep clean that you get from every other cleaning company but they truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We have 4 kids and 4 dogs so you can imagine the state of my house when I called begging for cleaning services because I was drowning. I expressed that I understand tidying isn't typically done by cleaning companies but would really appreciate it if they could do so, and BOY DID THEY DO IT. My whole house is unrecognizable. What they have done in the short time they were here, would've taken me actual weeks. I am actually crying happy tears over the results."

"Our appointment with Network Carpet Cleaning was a 5 Star experience. Not only are my 15 year old carpets clean and refreshed but the customer service also exceeded our expectations. George, the owner, and Luke, his assistance were efficient, friendly, and responsive to our requests and requirements. George even provided a carpet dryer to expedite the drying process. Kudos also to Lara for her prompt and helpful guidance throughout the process. If your want your carpets cleaned by a pro, "Let George do it"!."

"We recently had our air ducts cleaned by AZ Air Duct. The experience was absolutely amazing! The day the technicians arrived, one went about covering all of our possessions with plastic so no random dust could get on our possessions. At the same time the other technician fished a camera through the ductwork. He showed us the accumulations of dust that had built up over the years. He pointed out small pieces of drywall & wood in the ductwork left over from construction. As fast as the one technician covered our possessions with plastic, the other technician began removing vents and vacuuming the dust and debris from the ductwork. It was amazing to see what they were able to pull out of the ductwork! The technicians were professional and efficient! Within a couple of hours all our air ducts were vacuumed & clean. Even our dryer vent! We could not be happier with the job done by AZ Air Duct! We highly recommend Az Air Duct to professionally clean your air ducts!"

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

If you don’t have the time or ability to move your fridge, grab a yardstick and slide it underneath to unearth any large items and dust bunnies. Then, attach a microfiber cloth or a tube sock to the yardstick, spray it with a multipurpose cleaner, and sweep it around several times to pick up any lingering messes.

While a biohazard cleanup sounds like a scary process, knowing what to expect can help ease your concerns and set you up for success. It’s good to note that more than one professional might be needed depending on your situation, but that will be determined during the assessment. What you can expect during a home biohazard cleanup is the following:

  • Assessment: The first step in this process is for a biohazard cleanup professional to assess the damage. They create a report that includes the biohazard safety level, the needed damage cleanup, and the time it should take to complete the project.

  • Setup: The cleanup professional prepares the site to prevent cross-contamination and reduce toxicity risk. This process can include tarping and creating decontamination zones.

  • Removal of surface contamination: Any contaminated materials are removed from the area, starting with large materials followed by small ones. The professional can assess any floor-related damage once everything is removed from the site.

  • Salvaging items: The biohazard cleanup professionals assess which items can be saved and which are contaminated beyond the point of saving. Those deemed unsafe will be disposed of immediately.

  • Waste disposal: The next step is carefully disposing of the hazardous waste. Your professional will place the contaminated items in specific containers to keep the contamination from spreading.

  • Disinfection: The house will be disinfected and odor-neutralized. Even more minor details, like light switches and bulbs, will be disinfected so that they do not recontaminate the area in the future.

  • Restoration: Once the decontamination is complete, the last step is to restore the home. This includes repairing the damage to flooring, walls, or even the home's foundation.

Yes. Every toaster is bound to accumulate a build-up of crumbs and food particles. If left unattended, these can turn into a fire hazard.

Depending on the frequency of use, you should clean your jetted tub at least once a month. Cleaning the tub’s surface can be done however often you clean your bathroom, generally once a week, but the deep cleaning of the jets can be performed less frequently. Of course, if you notice anything coming out of the jets at any point while using the tub, that’s a good indication that it’s time to clean the jets.

You can use dish soap mixed with warm water to clean just about any type of flooring, and while vinegar is a great addition to some floor cleaners, it’s not a good idea to use it on wood flooring or engineered wood flooring. Vinegar is very acidic, and it can gradually eat away at the protective finish on wood floors. If you’re cleaning laminate, tile, concrete, or vinyl floors, feel free to use vinegar and water in a 1-to-1 ratio with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, substitute the vinegar for olive oil.
