The insulation provided noticeable comfort in my entire home. I also see a reduction in kWh usage since insulation was installed. Great job by Western Efficient Energy!!

Western was one of a couple of companies I asked for estimates and advice on attic insulation. Of the contractors, Western provided me with the most upfront information and potential options for cooling my attic. I selected them based on their information and price (somewhat less than others, but not the deciding issue). They were able to do the work within a couple of weeks of the estimate, and showed up at the time they said they would. The two workers were very polite and informed me of what they needed to do and got right to work. My home has a very low pitched roof and they had to take the gable vent triangles off to access enough of the attic to get to both ends of the house, which was anticipated. The work was surprisingly quiet, other than getting the gable ends out and putting them back, but not unexpected. The workers showed me their finished job and sent me photos of the before and after attic condition. My only suggestion for the company is to have a portable vacuum to clean up the escaped insulation pieces that blew out and onto the lawn/car port. The volume was not that much and I cleaned it up easily, so it wasn't a major issue for me.

I was looking to upgrade my insulation since my house was built in 2001 and no upgrades had been done. Western Efficient Energy was recommended to me though next door. I decided to go with them and upgrade the insulation in the attic. Anthony (who is also local to Fletcher Heights) came out very quickly and gave a very fair estimate. We had the new insulation blown in and a few leaks fixed within a week. They even provided before and after pictures. While we have not received our next power bill yet the difference in the house is very noticeable. I highly recommend Anthony and WEF.

They were very friendly and efficient. I had a 1 month old and they were very respectful to not wake him. Anthony was in and out with his crew and I barely even noticed them. He went above and beyond fixing, at no additional charge to us, an unnecessary duct left over from an old swamp cooler that was diverting airflow and reducing efficiency. We didn't even know it was up there and were extremely happy to have it disconnected. I would highly recommend their service!

From the time I called it was two days later that they installed. They were right on time and done in a hour. They answered all questions. I have referred them to my neighbors.

The estimator arrived 5 minutes early on Monday afternoon and notified me by phone of his arrival. He explained the process well and quoted me a price that was in line with my expectations. We agreed on the work and he informed me he would contact me shortly with and install date. He called within 30 minutes and scheduled the work for Wednesday at 6am. The crew arrived 5 minutes early and the owner of the company was on site with his crew and ready to begin. The owner was on site the entire time and provided pictures and video of the work being done. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. All in all the process was timely and the company work crew was courteous, friendly and acted very professional. I also observed they were all wearing the proper protective gear. As a Facilities Management professional for over 20 years myself it was nice to see these guys doing all the right stuff.

The men were professional, personable and they cleaned up after themselves. They were not there when originally scheduled, however-someone called me to let me know what was going on. I did not have to sit and just wait.

They were very professional, efficient and courteous. They took pictures before and after so we could see his repairs. He did not charge us anything extra which I am sure normally a company would. They cleaned up after themselves so well you couldn't tell anyone had been here. We were never told about the hole in our air duct in the past by other companies. I have recommended them to friends who have already setup appointments for estimates. I would definitely use them, again.

Contractor was right on time and service was excellent. They did a great job explaining the process and a great job cleaning up after completion. They were also very responsive and followed up after to make sure I was satisfied.

Everyone and everything was amazing. They always got back to me by phone or e-mail in a timely manner. They gave a few different choices with pricing, and were by far the most reasonable.
