"Contacted Jim to do a removal, sanitize and insulation replacement. Waited a few weeks to write this review to allow an honest review post service. Jim and his crew were efficient, responsible and respective of our time and space. The job site was cleaned at the end of each day and returned to usable state. As for removal and replacement of insulation-we have found that the house (2800sqft) seems to maintain a more consistent temperature, providing increased comfort more consistently throughout the days where temperatures have been above 108 degrees. (Previously, we had two rooms that were warmer than the rest of the house). Our AC does not seem to run as often, and I am waiting for our latest AC run time report as well as electric bill to determine true efficiencies. "After receiving bids from three other companies that provide Blown-in Insulation, Attic Construction AZ's complete process was explained to me from start to finish. They would set up a protective barrier to keep there work area clean. There removal of existing insulation material, Sanitizing the attic, rodent proofing and sealing all penetration points in the ceiling before blowing in new insulation. And extensive clean up on completion of the job. There process was a lot more thrall then most of the other companies I received bids from. They were courteous, efficient and prompt. I would defiantly recommend Attic Construction AZ for your Home Insulating needs....."
