Flow-Rite Seamless LLCThis is a great company. I called after hours so I had to leave a message but I got a call back from Justin in a very timely manner. He came over and explained the process and how everything would go. The two installers who showed up to do the work gave me a call about 30 minutes prior to arriving which was very appreciated. They then took the time to walk around and plan out the best setup to use around my back patio, even noticing and taking into consideration the bowing along part of my patio that unfortunately happened due to some water damage and warping. They ran water down both gutter routes to ensure things were all set right before leaving. It all came together perfectly and looks great. Quite well. When I realized the bird wires were not quite right afterwards, they sent a team out to re-do them. Here an hour, now better bird-proofed than ever. Cook did earlier work for me: a tricky, almost impossible modification of counter and cabinet that ended perfectly. On all of these messy projects, the workers kept the yard and kitchen amazingly clean.

I had John come out to evaluate our 21yr old tile roof to determine if we needed it replaced or if some maintenance could see us through another few years. He did a complete evaluation including taking pictures of the problem area and gave me a very complete explanation/estimate of what needed to be done. We ended up needing repairs in 2 areas of our tile roof and on our 2 flat patio roofs, as well as replacing some rotted wood. John kept me informed as to when he would begin work and after he started what he was finding as he went along, and options as needed. He even sanded and repainted the trim along the back of our house as part of the repair to the patio roofs - very thorough & high quality work! I'm very pleased with the end result and will bring him back for yearly inspections!
