I did not receive a phone call or any sort of inspection report so assumed there issues, areas or concernfound or areas in need of repair, until the first monsoon/storm this summer.  When went ariund 4:00 or 5:500 I sI woke up to find  flooded floor and water pouring out of my ceiling in both those areas in my kitchen.  Despite my best efforts at cleaning up the 6 plus incomehes of water, setting spoke to the The water leaks around the vents in the kitchen was must likely due to the high winds as th.  Every at had also happened to many other homeowners for the first time with these storms. I would be more confident on that being the cause if these storms had been the first time. Everyone I spoke with at Arthur King were pleasant, and they did not charge me for the additional work, but I am not confident have thar aae problem has been located and repaired.o
