Probest is amazing, we have used them for years. We just had termites and Bonnie with Probest came right out a very through inspection and then Brandon and Moe with Probest came out and spent hours doing the treatment. They were super professional and left everything nicer than they found it, clean up was out standing. Thank you Probest

They're outstanding. They were able to solve a problem that 2 previous companies weren't able to solve. They're very thorough, they call to give me a reminder call, and above all, when they first got here, I had a scorpion problem and I had not have one. It took them about 3 months to solve it.

I had two scorpions and an unidentified spider in my home after nearly a year of no pest control service since moving in. Knowing it was high time I obtained service and fearing the spider may had been a bed bug, I called ProBest after reading their AngiesList reviews and their company profile on their website. To be honest they were my second choice but the first place I called wanted to charge me a $120 dollar fee just for showing up; ProBest didn't charge me anything at all for their service call. I also felt the ininital treatment fee they charged was plenty reasonable given the circumstance. The office gal was really nice on the phone and the service gentlemen was equally nice, both were very knowledgable and helpful, and both accomodating of my limited availability. They were also able to schedule the service sooner than what I had expected to be able to do so. Oh, and they didn't require a contract and didn't become disgusted when I declined to sign-up right away! Then afterwards I had looked up the termite treatment warranty that had kindly been transferred to me when I purchased the home and was suprised and pleased to see that also was with ProBest. It was a stellar experience overall and will likely sign with them for a monthly contract after seeing how well the treatment works.

They are professioanl and reliable.  We are new to Arizona and feel very comfortable with this company and the service that they are providing.  We highly recommend this company.  From the staff that answers the company phones to the technicians that come to your home, they are all first rate.

They are reliable. They always call before they come and are always here when they promise. They also provide a weeding service where they come and spray weed control, and that is also very economical. I pay $49 a month. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Pro Best Pest Management is really good about coming out when needed. They really care about the customer's needs. They try to always find out where the pest are coming from to treat the underlying problem. They are good at what they do.
