 I had had some minor leaking around the exhaust hood vent and another leak seemingly from around a vent on the roof in close approximatety to the kitchen sink during the past year or two, which is why I had purchased the deal. The shingles have a 30 year guarantee, the roof is about 12 years old. Several months ago I called Arthur King to schedule the inspection, a few days later I was aware someone or someones on the roof of my home. I did not receive a phone call or any sort of inspection report so assumed there issues, areas or concernfound or areas in need of repair, until the first monsoon/storm this summer.  When went ariund 4:00 or 5:500 I sI woke up to find  flooded floor and water pouring out of my ceiling in both those areas in my kitchen.  Despite my best efforts at cleaning up the 6 plus incomehes of water, setting spoke to the The water leaks around the vents in the kitchen was must likely due to the high winds as th.  Every at had also happened to many other homeowners for the first time with these storms. I would be more confident on that being the cause if these storms had been the first time. Everyone I spoke with at Arthur King were pleasant, and they did not charge me for the additional work, but I am not confident have thar aae problem has been located and repaired.o

I wasn't home the day he came for inspection but my brother-in-law was there to meet him and was very impressed with Mr. Armada's manner, his professional inspection and also impressed that Mr. Armada found things and pointed out items that the other two inspectors did not (or they overlooked). Once I made my decision the repairs and services were performed according to my schedule, on time, no delays, no rescheduling and best of all, NO MESS left behind. "An insurance company inspector had expressed some concerns about the roof of an inherited second house that we own and Audubon's Big Deal for roof inspection and repair came at just the right time.  I purchased $200 worh of services for $79.  Since Audubon had re-roofed our own residence the previous years, I was confident that I would receive good, professional service.  After purchasing the Big Deal, I contacted Brian at Audubon by e-mail.  He responded quickly and arranged to inspect the house.  Unfortunately, when he did, he discovered numerous problems with the roof, largely due to a poor roofing job done about ten years earlier when my late parents owned the house.  Brian gave me a number of options for repair at various price ranges, but I decided that it would be best to replace the roof with removal of the old shingles.  The quoted price was fair, I thought, for a house that is around 2,000 square feet.  It took several weeks for Audubon to get the work done, largely because the summer heat was so intense that its crew had to end its work around noon each day to avoid heat stroke.  This was perfectly understandable and demonstrated a concern for the workers.  Once the job was started it was completed quickly to my satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up well around the house.  The only minor issue was that it took an additional couple of weeks for Audubon to obtain and install a cap on the furnace vent.
